On June 27, 2018, the 10th APEC Technology Exchange Exhibition for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Technology Exhibition)  opened in Shenyang, which is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Liaoning Province. At the same time, APEC Conference on Innovation and Cooperation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises was held.

　　Chen Qiufa, the Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the CPC and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Tang Yijun, the governor of the province attend Members and Vice Minister, attended at the opening ceremony. Wang Jiangping, member and Vice-Minister of the Party Group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, delivered speeches. The conference focused on hot topics including "one belt and one road", "free trade zone", "entrepreneurial innovation", "intelligent manufacturing", "Internet +", "smart city" and "cross-border electricity supplier".

　　During the meeting, the results of APEC Best Innovation Practices for SMEs were released. Zhejiang Yuesheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. stands out from more than 1600 enterprises in more than 20 countries and is awarded "Best Innovation Practice of APEC SMEs 2018". In 2018, there were only two enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Yuesheng New Energy became the first enterprise in Shaoxing City to win this honor.
